For such a short story Ms. Midway packs a serious punch with her descriptive writing. The pace kept
right up with a nice balance of fantasy, regarding the sensually steamy love scenes, and reality,
concerning the last minute planning of which this child is the first to pick up. Anyone who has been in a
relationship can relate to the issues surrounding a long-term commitment, and anyone with children will
surely smile, as this story will bring up some common themes. Who knows, perhaps this book will serve
as an inspirational model to use for the future!

“Suburbia” is a story that every woman can relate to. I absolutely loved Helen and her attempt at
catching her husbands eye. Jason is the perfect lover and husband, determined to make his loving wife
see the beauty he finds in her. Once again, I am impressed with Ms. Midway and her ability to write a
short story, and in it you see the love of a lifetime between two souls. I loved this story, and I HIGHLY
recommend it to all lovers of erotic but tender romance.

Bridget Midway’s Suburbia is an enchanting tale of a woman struggling to put the fire back into her
marriage. Helen and Jason are very realistic characters because like many couples they have gotten
bogged down in doing the daily things that go on in a marriage and with raising a family. I enjoyed how
Ms. Midway showed the struggle that Helen was going through to save her marriage.

Suburbia is a delightful, entertaining story about a woman who is determined to regain her husband
attention in the bedroom by any means necessary. There were moments where I was laughing my
head off and then in the very next instant, I was left breathless with great desire. Bridget Midway has
crafted a refreshing credible story with two wonderful, everyday characters that I found very easy to
identify with. I could almost feel the heartache that Helen felt at the thought of losing her husband to a
younger, attractive woman. This is a read that often happens in real life and that is why I felt that
Suburbia was a most believable tale.

Ms. Midway’s story is a gentle reminder to those of us who are not quite young anymore that perfection
is not required for a tender, or explosive, loving relationship. Thank you, Ms. Midway, for allowing us to
remember that it is possible to have a very fulfilling life even after we leave our 20s and 30s. Read
Suburbia for yourself and see what I mean. You will be glad you did!

Helen...tries a few ideas she’s read about in women’s magazines, trying to spice up their sex life with
some rather hilarious results. I’m not sure what magazine Helen was reading which suggested the first
attention grabbing idea she tried but it made me laugh out loud. This is a quick and fast read by
Bridget Midway which will give you a chuckle or two and leave you with a smile on your face at the end.
