Corporate Desires took me on a journey to many unexpected places and I enjoyed it. Even after being
released from jail, Edna is still a prisoner of her life. She tried so hard to project an acceptable image to
everyone and hide her true self. Being with Burton was the only time she could feel at ease. Burton, at
first, seemed a bit harsh to me. I was relieved to find out I was completely wrong about him and that he
had more character than I originally thought. Bridget Midway created characters that I doubt I will ever
forget and another riveting installment in the series. I can’t wait for the next one.

The lovemaking scenes are wonderful, emotional, and descriptive. Burton’s willingness to learn about
what emotionally and sexually fulfilled Edna was absolutely endearing. Ms. Midway does an excellent job
of fleshing out her characters so that you really get a chance to know and like them. I also liked reading
about Edna finding herself and what she really wanted out of life. I plan to read more of Ms. Midway’s
books in the future.

Corporate Desires was sexy with tons of humor added into the mix. The characters were realistic and I
had no problem believing the relationship dynamics at home or in the office. Edna was my favorite
character. She knew when enough was enough. How many women would tell a lover to stop in the
middle of sex because his technique was not working for her? I also liked how she showed her mother
respect but also knew there could only be one Queen of the house and she had to move out ASAP.
The day to day interactions between all of the characters had me smiling at times, aroused at others,
and wishing a big cartoon hole would open under some for the rest. This is a novel that will grab your
attention immediately and keep it until you read "The End".

Midway’s writing is tight and fresh, as always. Her character development is in depth and brings a
richness to this story that has quickly become her trademark. Edna is traveling a really emotional path
during this story and Burton, while in the discovery stage himself, proves to be the Dom that can not
only handle her but give her everything she needs physically and emotionally. Once again, Ms. Midway
has provided an astoundingly erotic and romantic story that I thoroughly enjoyed.

As with Corporate Seduction, Ms. Midway lures you in with complex, yet relatable, characters, fantastic
dialogue, and scenes that will have you in stitches. She’s the Mistress of writing moments that make you
cringe as you chuckle, ensuring your stomach rolls as a smile expands across your face. Edna and
Burton each have issues, with tainted histories, which mold them into people you can’t help but care for.
I loved the flourishing relationship, especially as it’s hindered by comical (and at times uncomfortable)
obstacles along the way.
Bridget Midway fans will not be disappointed with Corporate Desires. The writing is excellent, the
characters are fantastic, and the story has enough drama, emotion, and tension to keep you turning
the pages to learn what happens next.

Frankly these two cracked me up one minute and then scorched the pages the next, both Edna and
Burton were interesting in their own right but the passion between the two was obvious and exciting. I
didn't know what they were going to do next. With their first sexual encounter I wasn't quite sure if they
were going to make it till the end, but when Burton discovers his DOM side it is no holds barred!

This was the first book I've ever read by Ms. Midway. I really enjoyed it...I love stories about individuals
overcoming personal and social challenges...Edna was a wonderfully flawed character who the reader
can relate to in a real way. The story was paced very well. The emotional and sexual relationship of the
characters was not rushed or forced...Corporate Desires is very well developed with characters and a
story a reader can enjoy!
